Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what the CrashDuel mobile application for iOS and Android (the "App") collects, why, and what choices you have. "We" and "us" mean the developer who publishes the App on the App Store and Google Play. Please read this page together with the policies of the web platform described in section 1.
1. What the App Is
The App is a mobile client for the CrashDuel game platform at crashduel.com (the "Platform"). Games, player accounts, Gold Coin balances, promotions and customer support are provided by the Platform and governed by the Platform's own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, which are linked inside the App. This page covers only what the App itself does on your device.
The App is free to play. Gold Coins are a virtual entertainment currency with no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes. The App is intended for adults aged 18 or older and is offered in the United States only.
2. Information the App Collects
- Approximate location (IP based). When you open the App it asks a geolocation service (ipapi.co, with ipwho.is and ipinfo.io as fallbacks) which country and US state your IP address belongs to. The App uses the answer only to block use from states where the Platform is not available. The App does not use GPS and does not store your location.
- Age confirmation. Whether you confirmed that you are 18 or older. This is a yes/no flag stored on your device.
- Account and gameplay data. Anything you enter on the Platform inside the App (registration details, login, gameplay, support messages) is sent directly to the Platform and handled under the Platform's Privacy Policy. The App keeps the Platform's session cookies on your device so you stay signed in.
- Purchases. If you buy Gold Coins inside the App, the purchase is processed by Apple (In-App Purchase) on iOS or by Google Play Billing on Android. The App sends the store's purchase receipt or token and the product identifier to the Platform so the coins can be credited to your Platform account. We never see your card or payment details; Apple and Google handle them under their own privacy policies.
- Device and diagnostic data. Apple and Google may report crashes and basic device information (model, OS version, App version) to help us keep the App working. This data is not linked to your Platform account by us.
- Notifications. If you allow notifications, the operating system may issue a push token for the App. The current version of the App does not send marketing notifications.
The App does not show advertising, does not contain third-party ad networks, does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, does not access your contacts, photos, microphone or precise location, and does not sell personal information.
3. Camera Permission
The App declares the camera permission so the Platform can let you photograph identity documents if it asks you to verify your account. The camera is only used when you start that action yourself; images go straight to the Platform and are not stored by the App.
4. How Information Is Used
- To check whether the Platform may be used from your location.
- To keep you signed in to the Platform between sessions.
- To credit Gold Coin purchases to your Platform account.
- To detect and fix crashes and compatibility problems.
5. Sharing
Information is shared only with: the Platform (crashduel.com) as the operator of the service you are using; the geolocation services named above (they receive your IP address); and Apple or Google as the store that processes purchases and collects crash reports. We do not share information with anyone else, and we do not sell it.
6. Data Retention
The App keeps your age confirmation, onboarding state and Platform session on your device until you sign out, clear the App's data or uninstall the App. Crash and diagnostic data held by Apple or Google is kept for the periods described in their policies. The Platform keeps account data under its own policy.
7. Children
The App is for adults only (18+). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the App, contact us and we will help remove any related data we hold.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete personal information about you, or to object to certain processing. For data held by the Platform, use the Platform's own tools or contact its support. For anything held by us, email the address below.
9. How to Delete Your Data
- Platform account: delete it from the Platform at crashduel.com/cms/deleteaccount or through the Account section inside the App.
- Data on your device: sign out in the App's Support tab, or uninstall the App. This removes the session, age confirmation and onboarding state.
- Diagnostic data held by us: email hanhle9014@gmail.com with the subject "CrashDuel data deletion request", the approximate dates you used the App and your device model. We delete matching records within 30 days and confirm by email.
10. Changes to This Policy
If the App changes how it handles data, we will update this page and the effective date above, and update the App's App Store privacy details and Google Play data safety form to match before the change ships.
