CrashDuel is a free-to-play collection of crash and arcade games played with Gold Coins, a virtual currency with no monetary value. The App is for adults 18+ in eligible US states.

Questions about your game account, Gold Coin balance or promotions are handled by the platform's own support, reachable from the Account section inside the App or at crashduel.com.

Purchases

Gold Coin packs are sold through Apple In-App Purchase on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android. If a purchase did not arrive, reopen the App: pending purchases are retried on launch. For refunds, use Apple's "Report a Problem" page or the Google Play order history, since the stores hold the payment.

Delete your account or data

Delete your platform account at crashduel.com/cms/deleteaccount or from the Account section inside the App.
Sign out in the App's Support tab or uninstall the App to remove data stored on your device.
Email us to delete any diagnostic data we hold. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Availability

The App is available in the United States only and is not offered in states where the platform is unavailable. The App checks your approximate location (by IP address) when it opens.
